This trip was great. The only bizarre thing was the final dinner hosted by owner Mike. It was completely bizarre that he stood over us while we ate, without eating with us. Also, he didn\'t seem interested in hearing about us or our trip, especially as the owner. It was a very strange end to an otherwise excellent trip.

Itinerary

Loved the diversity of what we saw, although it\'s very worth going to Tokyo early as there\'s only 2 days in Tokyo. Really appreciated the seemless arrangements.

Lodging

Lodging was good and usually in very good locations.

Food

Food was generally very good.

Guides

Guides ranged from very good to excellent. I liked having tour guides in each location and no overall tour leader.

Tour Organization

I appreciated this most. While there wasn\'t a tour leader, the detailed arrangements really helped with the handoff from one location to another. This was where Samurai really stood out.
