Review

We loved what we were exposed to, but some pieces could have been cut out and other pieces extended. For example, Hakone was too rushed. Lots of travel to get there and a beautiful hotel/onsen, but too rushed. We would have loved a second night.

We were happy with all hotels.

No complaints. Really felt like I got exposed to a lot of delicious and special Japanese food. Really appreciated the accommodations for my vegan dietary preferences.

The only guide that was sub-par was William. He looked out of place and didn\'t seem to know his stuff. Didn\'t come across as authentic. JJ was beyond outstanding, as were Shuji, Mieko and Masa.

Tour Handbook needed some editing and reformating to make it more user friendly. Otherwise, it was good.

Very impressive. No glitches and everything was smooth!

Loved how many modes of transportation we got to experience! And, no big tour buses - yay! It was great to have the guides pivot when needed - I.e. put us in a taxi because folks were having a hard time with the walking.
